The CARE Transition Protocol is a digital product, delivered instantly by download after purchase. Because of that instant delivery, all sales are final and we aren't able to offer refunds.

That said, we stand behind the product working as promised. If anything goes wrong with your order — a broken download link, a missing file, or trouble opening the PDFs — email hello@clearskycommunication.com and we'll make it right.
